Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

StarVessel, known in Chinese as 星念回响, is an app for memory keeping, emotional expression, and AI-assisted echoes. You can create a star for someone or a memory, record stories, add photos, and write letters or notes you want to keep.

2. Accounts and Sign-In

You may create or access an account through email verification, Sign in with Apple, or Google Sign-In where configured. Phone verification is offered only in mainland China. You are responsible for making sure that the information you provide belongs to you or that you have lawful permission to use it.

3. User Content

You are responsible for the text, photos, relationship details, life clues, letters, feedback, and other materials you provide. Do not upload or submit content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, fraudulent, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful.

4. AI-Generated Echoes

StarVessel may generate AI-assisted echoes based on the information you provide. These echoes are for emotional expression, memory organization, and entertainment reference only. They do not represent the real intent, will, words, or consciousness of any deceased person, family member, friend, pet, or other real subject.

5. No Professional Advice

The app does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, emergency, or other professional advice. If you are in danger, in severe distress, or need urgent help, please contact trusted people around you or local emergency services.

6. Deletion and Exit

You can sign out or delete your account in the app. Account deletion removes server-side data associated with that account where deletion is technically available and legally permitted. Local device data can also be cleared separately in the app.

一、服务说明

星念回响是一款以记忆整理、情感表达和 AI 回响为核心的应用。你可以创建一颗星、记录往来、补充故事或照片，并把想说的话写成信。

二、账号与登录

你可以使用邮箱验证码、Apple 登录或在已配置版本中使用 Google 登录创建或登录账号；中国大陆地区还可使用手机号验证码。中国大陆用户在使用核心功能前需要登录。你应保证提供的信息属于你本人或已经获得合法授权。

三、内容边界

你在星念回响中输入的文字、照片说明、关系、生命线索和其他资料，应遵守法律法规，不得上传违法、侵权、骚扰、诈骗、仇恨、色情或其他不适当内容。

四、AI 回响边界

本应用内容含 AI 生成。AI 回响仅供情感表达、记忆整理和娱乐参考，不代表逝者、亲友、宠物或任何真实主体的现实意志、真实话语或真实意识。

五、免责声明

星念回响不提供医疗、心理、法律、财务、应急或其他专业建议。如果你正处在危险、强烈痛苦或需要紧急帮助的状态，请优先联系身边可信任的人或当地紧急帮助。

六、删除与退出

你可以在“我的 - 账号与安全”中退出登录或删除账号。删除账号会删除服务器上归属于该账号且当前技术能力和法律规则允许删除的资料；本机资料清理也可在“隐私与数据”中单独操作。
